(Sunday Reflection after “Letting Go with Grace”)

My morning rhythm includes meditation, yoga stretches, and a quiet moment to journal. I love these moments before the day begins. It’s how I center myself before the world wakes up.
But every time I go on a house-sit, that rhythm shifts. The space is different, the schedule is new, and my mornings rarely look the same. For a while, that used to bother me. I’d tell myself, “I’m off track.”
Then I realized something important. Maybe the gap between my home routine and my house-sit flow isn’t a setback. Maybe it’s grace in motion.
Because even when the form changes, the intention doesn’t. I’m still seeking peace, reflection, and balance — just in a new setting. And when I return home, I ease back into my familiar rhythm with a deeper sense of appreciation.
The plan unraveled, but maybe that’s how grace made room for something truer.
Reflection Prompt:
Where might a gap in your plan be guiding you toward grace?
