Roll the Dice
If you are not willing to ask for what you want, you are automatically accepting the answer no. When we are not pay attention to the “excuses” we give as to why something will not work, you have already set yourself up for failure. Be willing to ask, at least you have a 50/50 chance which is better than a 100% NO.Photo credit: click here.

What Are You Bringing?
I often hear people say, and I have said it myself, that they want to be invited to the table. My question then is, what are you bringing? In order to get something, one must be willing to give something. You don’t want to be the person invited to a picnic but fail to bring anything to eat. If you are that one, expect not to be invited back.Photo credit: click here.

Loosen Your Grip
Mastering the art of letting go is being able to let go of what no longer is serving a purpose. By letting go you make from for new things to come along in order for your growth. You can not climb without letting go of your current ladder rung.Photo credit: click here.

Gifted
Not everyone is going to support your dream and that’s okay. Everyone is here with a vision or purpose all of their own. When you allow the behavior or emotions of another keep you from your greatness, you are saying that their wants are more important then what you were designed for. You were given the gift of life, what you do with it is your gift back.Photo credit: click here.

Beat the Odds
What’s impossible for one person does not meat it is impossible for you. We are know our capabilities and limitations, or so we think we do. The biggest limitation usually to overcome is yourself. The world is full of people who have overcome great odds. If they could do it, so can you.Photo credit: click here.

Take Your Own Advice
One valuable lesson I learned while in the military was, never ask anything of your soldiers you are not willing to do for yourself. Are your actions in alignment with what you are saying? People are not dumb and can pick up on plain “lip-service”. Work to ensure the advice you are willing to dish out to other is the same advice you are willing to take also.Photo credit: click here.

Support System
Surround yourself with people who keep you motivated and focused. We all have times when we just don’t feel like we can keep going. Having a strong “why” is important and so is having a strong support system in place as well. No man is an island so don’t think you have to go this journey alone.Photo credit: click here.
Plants have to be moved into larger containers as they grow because the roots of the plant become cramped and form a tightly packed mass that inhibits growth. Like plants, as we start to grow, we eventually need to be re-potted. Learn to embrace change. It’s a sign of growth.
