One of my favorite quotes is by Mr. Jim Rohn, “work harder on yourself than you do on your job.” Personal development is an ongoing process that will have a huge impact on your life. Once you realize just how valuable you are, others seem to pick up on it too. There is something magical in the air!

    Excellent quote! Why do we forget the importance of personal improvement and give all that energy to a job that rarely rewards us the way personal development rewards us? Great post.
